There will be no refunds given if we are resuming on Zoom. If classes are NOT held via Zoom, no tuition payments for that timeframe will be required. Stompin’ Beatz reserves the right to make any decisions regarding Zoom classes & concurrent tuition payments.
TUITION:
Monthly tuition amounts are all-inclusive. Tuition will be taken out Auto-pay the first of every month. Your tuition will be considered late if card or ach check transaction is denied on the 1st of the month. A $25 fee will be charged to your account and new card or bank account must be supplied. No exceptions. Tuition rates and payments are based on Nine Installments and are not affected by the specific number of classes that meet during any given month. For example: some months have 5 classes, some months have 3; monthly tuition is always the same. There are no refunds or reductions given based on holidays, vacations or absences. You are welcome to attend a make-up class in or below your child’s level for any missed classes. Lessons will be suspended for any account with more than 1 month of unpaid tuition. If account is delinquent for 60 or more days, the account will be turned over to a collection agency. Parents are responsible for any and all collections costs. There are no refunds or exchanges for any payments made to Stompin’ Beatz. All delinquent accounts may be turned over to a collection agency and charged additional collection agency fees.
TERMINATING DANCE CLASSES -
If you would like to remove a class, or completely terminate dance classes, you MUST go to our webpage and fill out the "Terminating Dance Class" form. This is to remove yourself from any financial obligation. Phone calls will not be accepted. We must receive your intentions to stop class/classes by the 25th of each month. If the studio isn't notified and the payment is processed you are still committed to the next month. Refunds will not be given. The tuition is based on enrollment (guaranteed spot in class) and not class attendance and participation. A drop fee will be charged of $35
